Use for evacuation

I am safety leader in my building.
I am using the Attendance2 to improve evacuation accounting for 300+ people.
This is required under US OHSA 29 CFR 1910.38 Emergency Action Plans sub-clause c(4)...
An emergency action plan must include at a minimum:
c(4) Procedures to account for all employees after evacuation;
My goal is to get names of the missing in the hands of leadership for notifications in minutes.
To-date companies have written procedures but I think it take a long time, I am one of two volunteer safety leaders for my building.

Our goal is to get names of the missing in the hands of our Crisis team(s) for notifications, etc.
To-date companies have written procedures but I think it take hours, with manual process, for them to figure out whos impacted in a crisis.
This app that got my attention to meet this need.
